Chair Massage - The hour may be divided in whichever way you the client sees fit. For Onsite Chair Massage sessions (15) fifteen-minute blocks are recommended for ample release, giving you four fifteen-minute massages per hour.  This is a great solution for a small office or team that deserves a well deserved break from working hard.  A 15 minute chair massage is a great way to the employee or client to unwind, and is a great thank you gift from any boss. During a chair massage the recipient will be fully clothed at all times so modesty is usually not an issue, and there is no need to wait for the recipient to get changed. 

Table Massage - With the exception of sports massage or clinical massage there is a minimum of 60 minutes per session during table massage.  In a sporting (warm up/cool dowwn) or clinical (medical/chiropractic) setting we will focus or experience and efforts on specific body areas or needs, and will typically require 15 to 30 minutes per session and a 1 hour minimum booking. This technique often requires that the recipient get undressed to their point of comfort.  We recommed that if your are planning any event with a table that you dedicate a conference room sized areaof at leat 8x8 for the therapist to work in.  Table massage is more often seen in a private setting where the recipient can feel safe and free to relax and enjoy.
